Coatings here fail from the outside in: salt lifts films from beneath, UV chalks unprotected surfaces, and winter southerlies drive moisture into any unsealed crack. Properly washed, treated and coated with marine-influenced systems, an exterior finish should hold 10+ years. Painted over salt without treatment, failure can start within a couple of seasons. **Do you offer ongoing maintenance?** Yes. Our maintenance plans schedule washdowns, inspections and touch-ups so coastal wear never gets ahead of the finish.
